This is NCIM. We build software for Defence, NATO and the Dutch government. Serious work, always a pleasure. Since 1988.
NCIM is no ordinary IT company. We're a tight-knit team of 55 and we work on long-term assignments for the Ministry of Defence, NATO, the NFI and the Dutch central government. The work is serious and the stakes are often real, but we always take it on with a smile.
There's always something to join in on: we catch up at the Friday afternoon drinks, play padel after work, build our own 6502 processor, battle our way through Mudmasters and keep the toastie maker working overtime. And every year the whole team heads off somewhere together: Bletchley Park last year, CERN this year.
Because we're small enough to really know one another, the lines are short. Your manager isn't a sales manager but a fellow engineer who spars with you every other week. And you talk to management just as easily as to your own team.

I joined NCIM as a developer and soon wanted more ownership. I found it as Technical Lead on an internal Defence project: not a standard enterprise application, but software that really mattered. The project grew, and I grew with it.
I'm now CTO. No two weeks look the same. One week at the office in The Hague, the next at a barracks or on-site abroad. That variety, and the awareness that the stakes are real, are what make working at NCIM so rewarding for me.

I found it at NCIM. I now build mission-critical software with Angular, .NET and Kubernetes at the Ministry of Defence. We go to the barracks to talk to end users. For them, the technology simply has to work reliably and make sense.
