NCIM Preferred Supplier for IPO and BIJ12

NCIM has been selected as a Preferred Supplier under the European tender "ICT preferred suppliers & broker", run by the Association of Provinces of the Netherlands (IPO) and BIJ12. The award places NCIM on the framework contract for supplying IT and information management professionals to the inter-provincial collaboration.

A digital backbone for reliable information services

The Association of Provinces of the Netherlands (IPO) represents the interests of the twelve provinces in The Hague and Brussels. BIJ12 helps the provinces carry out their statutory duties by providing knowledge, information and data on rural areas and the physical living environment, from nature monitoring and compensation for wildlife damage to information services relating to nitrogen policy. BIJ12 is also responsible for managing and developing the provinces' national information products, such as zwemwater.nl and Archeodepot.

Reliable information services depend on a solid digital backbone, which in turn calls for robust IT architectures, careful data management and secure systems that are both scalable and future-proof.

Broadening our reach across the public sector

This award broadens NCIM's position within the public sector. Having built a strong presence in the security and delivery domain over recent years, NCIM now moves clearly into the field of inter-provincial collaboration, where societal impact, administrative complexity and digital support come together.

"The challenges around nature, nitrogen and data-driven working call for IT professionals who can connect technology to its public context," says Harold Kasperink, CEO of NCIM. "We look forward to bringing our expertise to bear on stable, future-proof digital support for the collaborating provinces." The award further cements NCIM's position as a partner for digital challenges right across the public sector.
