NCIM is growing fast, so we are expanding our recruitment team. You will work closely with our other recruiters and report directly to the COO.

• Sourcing and outreach: You actively search for senior IT professionals, expand our talent pools and continuously grow your network. You don't wait; you go after them.
• Selection interviews: You conduct introductory and selection conversations and assess whether a candidate is a good fit for NCIM and our clients.
• Candidate journey: You guide candidates from first contact to their first day on the job.
• Employer branding: You actively contribute to NCIM's visibility as an employer.
• Experimenting: You try new approaches, measure what works and adjust accordingly.

• Bachelor's level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus, not a hard requirement. Your attitude and motivation matter more than your CV.
• You are proactive, independent and don't wait for instructions.
• You think about the bigger picture. You spot bottlenecks and come up with creative solutions.
• Affinity with IT and an interest in defence and security are a plus.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch.
