You are the link between IT talent and the projects that truly matter.
NCIM provides software and IT professionals to Defence, NATO and central government. With more than 500 IT professionals on assignment and a core team of 55 in The Hague, we are always on the lookout for the right people. As Resource Manager, you are that link: you know your network, know who is available, and make sure the right people end up in the right place. Whether you have just finished your degree or are ready for your next move, this is your chance to make your mark in IT staffing.
You help run NCIM's talent pipeline. That means you are constantly on the move: building your network, running intake conversations and matching IT specialists to live requests from our clients. You are the link between our business partners, consultants and the clients who need them.
- Networking: You actively reach out to new consultants and business partners and steadily grow your network.
- Relationship management: You keep in close contact with your existing network of professionals and know exactly who has which skills and when they are available.
- Recruitment: You run initial conversations with candidates, from a short screening to a full competency-based interview.
- Matchmaking: You match the right specialist to the right request, quickly and accurately.
- Marketing: You use LinkedIn to attract professionals to NCIM and grow our network further.
- Bachelor's or Master's level; recently graduated or ready for your second serious role.
- 0-3 years of work experience; a background in staffing is a plus.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, whether in person, in writing or on the phone.
- Affinity with the IT sector and an interest in Defence and Security are a plus.
- You are curious, proactive and results-driven. You take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Given our client base, fluent Dutch is a hard requirement.
